I-BEST classes at Highline community college integrate college credit courses with English language and adult basic skills. I-BEST classes include five hours a week of non-credit Adult Basic Education (ABE) and English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction.

A Short-Term Certificate may be earned in one quarter. These credits can also apply to an AAS degree in Human Services at Highline.
